This year, as the "Builders of Machine Tool Skeletons," WINSON officially unveiled the core results of our five-year R&D—"Mineral Castings". This technology has secured multiple international patents and, with its high damping properties and superior thermal stability, successfully addresses the pain points of deformation in high-end equipment to ensure machining precision. We insist that high-performance materials should no longer be a "luxury." We are dedicated to providing solutions with costs competitive with traditional cast iron, assisting you in achieving Green Transformation (GX).
Our specially designed "Camping Area" booth theme was highly praised. Upholding our commitment to sustainability, we avoided the use of disposable carpets and designed our booth walls to be reused as packaging materials for casting shipments, truly realizing a zero-waste exhibition aesthetic.
Furthermore, by leveraging the "room-temperature casting" characteristic of mineral castings, we have developed pre-embedded sensor technology. This allows for real-time monitoring of thermal and deformation data, enabling "Digital Twin" smart monitoring to provide powerful support for your production efficiency and AI transformation.
Although the exhibition has ended, our pace of innovation never stops.
