WINSON Approved under the “SME Accelerated Investment Action Plan”

The Investment Taiwan Office announced today (23rd) that the joint review meeting of the SME Accelerated Investment Action Plan approved seven additional SMEs to expand investments totaling NT$2 billion. The approved companies include Pin Chia Technology, Dayongcheng Machinery, Jin Quanyi, Luoyi Technology, Gaojia Plastics, Beitian Foods, and Yuanjian Dahe.
To date, the plan has convened 85 joint review meetings, approving investments from 550 SMEs amounting to approximately NT$236.2 billion and creating 21,775 domestic jobs. Overall, the three major Investment Taiwan initiatives have driven investments from 862 companies totaling approximately NT$1.2165 trillion, with an estimated creation of 101,832 domestic jobs. An additional 68 companies are currently awaiting review.
 

Dayongcheng Machinery is a specialized manufacturer supplying castings to leading domestic machine tool manufacturers. Its main products include various machine tool bases, worktables, and pedestals. With many years of accumulated expertise in casting technology, the company serves not only the domestic market but also exports to Japan, Singapore, the United States, Germany, Spain, and Brazil.
To maintain industry competitiveness and upgrade the traditional “3K” industry, Dayongcheng plans to invest over NT$100 million to construct a new plant in Lukang, Changhua, and establish a casting surface treatment production line. The project will introduce smart machinery, Internet of Things (IoT) systems, and the company’s self-developed WINSON management monitoring and customer service systems, aiming to achieve digital transformation and modernize the traditional casting industry. This investment is expected to create five domestic jobs.
